Tracking down Nepheli Loux in Elden Ring can prove tricky as she moves between multiple locations across the Lands Between. Her storyline offers valuable rewards, including an Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone, but requires careful navigation to avoid locking yourself out of her ending. Understanding where to find her at each narrative step ensures you complete her quest smoothly.
Finding Nepheli Loux in Stormveil Castle
Nepheli is first encountered inside Stormveil Castle before you challenge Godrick the Grafted. She stands in a small side room just past the courtyard filled with enemies. Talking to her allows you to summon her as an ally for the upcoming boss battle.
After defeating Godrick, Nepheli moves directly to the Roundtable Hold. You will find her in the hallway outside Gideon Ofnir's study. Speaking with her here awards you the Arsenal Charm talisman.
Journeying to the Village of the Albinaurics
The next leg of Nepheli's journey takes her to Liurnia of the Lakes. She camps beneath the stone bridge leading into the Village of the Albinaurics. Exhaust her dialogue before proceeding up the hill to face the local boss.
You must defeat the Omenkiller located further up in the village to advance her story. Return to Nepheli afterward to hear her final thoughts on the area. She will then depart from Liurnia and head back to the Roundtable Hold.
Resolving the Potion Trap and Finding the Key Item
Upon returning to Roundtable Hold, Nepheli sits downstairs past the blacksmith, feeling dejected. During this time, Preceptor Seluvis may ask you to give her a suspicious potion. To preserve her questline, do not give her the potion and instead hand it to Gideon.
To restore her spirits, you must travel to the Chapel of Anticipation to retrieve the Stormhawk King. Presenting these key ashes to Nepheli at Roundtable Hold gives her renewed purpose. Make sure Roderika has unlocked spirit tuning before attempting to hand over the item.
Crowning the New Ruler of Limgrave
To reach the final conclusion, you must also complete Kenneth Haight's questline and defeat Morgott in Leyndell. Once all conditions are fulfilled, travel to the throne room in Stormveil Castle. Nepheli will take her place as the ruler of Limgrave alongside Kenneth and Gostoc.
Speaking to Nepheli in the throne room completes her arc and grants you an Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone. Gostoc will also set up shop in the room, offering another rare smithing stone for purchase. Completing this narrative chain delivers an incredibly satisfying resolution for one of Limgrave's best champions.
